Community and resources for active members.

Iron Stewards members have access to a private online community and a curated set of practical tools, all designed to support the peer relationships and honest conversations at the heart of the community.

Active members access the community platform.

Once your membership is active, you access the Iron Stewards community platform at fellowship.ironstewards.org. This is where peer group discussions happen, member resources are shared, and the ongoing life of the community takes place between in-person and virtual meetings.

The platform is not a content feed or a social network. It is a focused space for the people who have made the commitments of Iron Stewards membership. A place where honest conversation can happen with appropriate trust and confidentiality.

What you'll find there

Your peer group

Access your small group's shared space, including meeting notes, discussion threads, and the ongoing conversation between sessions.

Member directory

Connect with fellow members across groups. Iron Stewards is a community, not just a group. The relationships extend beyond your own circle.

Shared resources

Discussion guides, session materials, and member-contributed wisdom, organized and accessible when you need them.

Announcements and events

Stay informed about regional gatherings, special sessions, and community-wide updates from the Iron Stewards team.

Practical tools for community life.

The primary value of Iron Stewards is the community itself: peer relationships, honest conversations, and mutual encouragement. Resources exist to support that community, not replace it.

Discussion guides

Structured guides that help members bring real topics into peer conversations. Not to prescribe the discussion, but to give it a useful starting point.

Member-contributed wisdom

Practical insights, frameworks, and lessons shared by members from their own experience. Education in Iron Stewards comes from within the community.

Curated reading and reference

A carefully selected collection of external resources, including books, articles, and frameworks, that align with the community's theological and practical convictions.

Session materials

Supporting materials for member-led educational sessions, peer problem-solving, and group discussions, developed and refined by members over time.

Members Only

Full access to member resources requires active Iron Stewards membership. Members receive access upon joining and maintain access for the duration of their membership.

Access begins with membership.

The community platform, member resources, and peer groups are available exclusively to active Iron Stewards members. Applications are reviewed personally.
