How we walk together.

As members of Iron Stewards, we seek, by God's grace, to walk alongside one another as Christian business owners and entrepreneurs under the authority of Christ.

What we commit to one another.

These commitments are not a legal contract or a membership checklist. They are a public statement of the relational, ethical, and spiritual culture we are building together, and a clear description of what members of Iron Stewards are committing to when they join.

They are meant to feel invitational, clear, serious, and pastoral. Not legalistic. They describe the kind of community we want to be and the kind of members we are looking for.

01

We will steward our businesses under God's authority.

We acknowledge that our businesses belong ultimately to God and are held in trust by us. We commit to leading them in ways that reflect His ownership, His purposes, and His standards. Not merely our own ambitions.

02

We will pursue faithfulness, not merely success.

We measure our leadership not only by outcomes but by faithfulness: to God's call, to our values, to our people, and to the responsibilities He has entrusted to us. We resist the temptation to define success by growth metrics alone.

03

We will show up for one another.

We commit to consistent presence in the community. We understand that real trust, honest counsel, and meaningful sharpening require actual engagement. Not occasional attendance when it is convenient.

04

We will strengthen, not just consume.

We are here to give as much as we receive. We commit to contributing our wisdom, experience, and care to others. Not simply extracting value for ourselves.

05

We will speak truth with grace.

We commit to honest, caring speech: the kind that tells the truth even when it is uncomfortable, and does so with genuine concern for the person we are speaking to. We resist both flattery and harshness.

06

We will protect trust.

What is shared within Iron Stewards stays within Iron Stewards. We treat the vulnerabilities, struggles, and confidences of our fellow members with the care and discretion they deserve.

07

We will pursue integrity in business.

We commit to conducting our businesses with honesty, fairness, and ethical integrity. Not merely when it is profitable, but as a consistent expression of our faith and character.

08

We will put relationships before transactions.

We commit to treating our fellow members as people, not prospects. We will not use Iron Stewards as a sales environment, a referral pipeline, or a platform for self-promotion under the cover of Christian community.

09

We will welcome encouragement and accountability.

We commit to receiving honest feedback, counsel, and accountability from our peers with humility and gratitude. Not defensiveness. We understand that being sharpened requires openness to being challenged.

10

We will seek peace, restoration, and mutual upbuilding.

When conflict arises, we commit to pursuing resolution with humility, patience, and a genuine desire for restoration. Not winning, not avoiding, and not allowing bitterness to take root.

11

We will honor the body of Christ.

We commit to representing Christ well in how we treat one another, how we conduct our businesses, and how we engage with the broader community. Our membership in Iron Stewards is an extension of our membership in the body of Christ.

12

We will help this community remain what it is called to be.

We take shared responsibility for the culture, health, and faithfulness of Iron Stewards. We commit to speaking up when something is wrong, welcoming correction when we are wrong, and actively contributing to a community worth belonging to.

These commitments are an invitation.

No one will fulfill these commitments perfectly. They are not a standard of perfection. They are a direction of intention. They describe the kind of community we are building and the kind of members we are looking for: people who take their faith seriously, who want to lead their businesses faithfully, and who are willing to walk alongside others with honesty, care, and genuine commitment.

If these commitments resonate with you, we invite you to apply.
