Why We Ask
A gift, not a transaction.
Iron Stewards made a deliberate choice to operate as a nonprofit. That choice reflects a conviction: the kind of community we are trying to build should not be available only to those who can afford a premium membership fee.
Generosity from people who believe in the mission makes it possible to serve members well, regardless of their financial situation. Your gift is not a transaction. It is an act of stewardship and an investment in a community that is doing the hard, faithful work of integrating faith and business in the lives of real people.

How Gifts Are Used
Every gift is used faithfully.
Community facilitation and support
Training and supporting the people who lead small groups, facilitate peer sessions, and mentor members. These are the most important roles in the Iron Stewards model.
Member education and resources
Creating and curating the resources that members access, including discussion guides, educational materials, and shared wisdom from within the community.
Events and in-person gatherings
Making it possible for members to gather in person for the deeper conversations and relationships that require more than a screen.
Organizational operations
The administrative and operational work that makes everything else possible, done as leanly and faithfully as we know how.
